About SADC
Malaria Week 2020

SADC Malaria Week aims to raise awareness, mobilise communities to take ownership over the fight to end malaria, promote partnership and advocate for support from key decision makers and stakeholders for malaria control and elimination efforts in the Region.

The signing of the Windhoek Declaration to Eliminate Malaria in SADC by 2030 re-affirmed SADC’s political commitment to end malaria. SADC Malaria Week provides a unique opportunity to encourage SADC Heads of State and Government to advance advocacy, action, resource mobilisation and accountability to end malaria in the region by 2030.

Malaria
